Loot Filter not working

Hi, it's not working for me.

I made filter file (yes, its .filter not .txt), i also copied working file from my friend's PC.
I made 4 files for all ANSI/UTF8 etc
It is in C/User/Documents/My Games/Path of Exile.I also copied files into steamapps/poe folder.
Still nothing.
Any help?

It could be because the filter includes maps. Maps have changed with the Atlas of Worlds update, so filters that look for maps pre-2.4 will display an error.

Try opening the filter file and replacing something like this:

# Red Maps (Tier 12+)
Show
Class "Maps"
BaseType "Village Ruin" "Courtyard" "Excavation" "Wasteland" "Waterways" "Shrine" "Conservatory" "Palace" "Abyss" "Colosseum" "Core" "Plaza" "Shipyard" "Overgrown Ruin" "Arsenal"
SetBorderColor 150 0 0
SetFontSize 45
PlayAlertSound 3 90

With something like this:

# Map Fragments
Show
Class "Map Fragments"
SetFontSize 42

That's what I did to get my old filter working again. The issue being fixed here is that "Village Ruin" and other maps may not exist anymore (idk if they do, I've never done serious mapping before and I've only just got to act 3 on normal in essence).

I use ZiggyD's filter btw.

p.s. Filters that generate an error message say what line of the filter file is in error; use that to find and replace the bad text.

p.p.s. Pretty sure filter files do nothing while they're in the steamapps/poe folder, keep them all in the MyGames/PathOfExile folder.

Still nothing. The point is, this works for my friend, i copied HIS file. He is also playing via STEAM.
File is 100% .filter not .filter.txt
it is in c\user\documents\my games\path of exile
i tired ansi/utf8/uni

there is nothing more to f*ck up.
