[Not a bug] Ascent from Flesh not working

Ascent from Flesh Chain Belt's "You have phasing if Energy Shield Recharge has started Recently" doesn't work.

Are you sure it's not working? Try walking through monsters. There is no buff indicator when you get phasing with an ascendency node so this might be the same thing.

It's a bit hard to test by walking through monsters, because then they hit you. I just tested it, though, and I did get the +10% MS. Not a bug, just weird that you don't get the same effect as Phase Run/Quartz flask.

I agree. Not displaying the visuals is in my opinion a bug.
