Lagspike with Bredbandsbolaget / Telenor

Since spring I have some horrible lag spikes on my connection.
Now summer is gone and internet traffic goes up.
This is mainly a problem with a router on Telenor's network.
It's the first one Bredbandsbolaget (from nowon BBB) link to when I play POE.
(BBB is bought by Telenor so basicaly same ISP)

I'm sure it's the router ti3003d400-xe9-3-0.ti.telenor.net (IP 146.172.81.137)
Whenever I have packet losses to that server I lag horribly or even dc sometimes.


If you do have the same ISP and problems can you please write so below?
BBB states it's a local problem in my network and with 20 years experience as IT techie I know they are wrong. Since I can't logon to the router I can't do much except gather a crowd and clearly state I am NOT alone with this problem.

The stats below shows my routing to Google and you can't really see the problem on this one.
But it do show the first routers that are the interresting ones.
