Russian/Garena Alternate Art Race Rewards items not labeled as "From Garena Server"

It was said by GGG that the Alternate Art Race Reward items coming over from Garena/RU server would be labeled as such, so the originals would retain their value to collectors. I'm not a collector, so this doesn't really impact me.

However, I was hoping to get a cheap(er) Alt Art Reaper's Pursuit axe for my axe guy once the Russia migration happened. I spoke with a really nice guy this afternoon that migrated over from the Garena server and brought his axe with him (welcome!). He linked it to me, and there are no characteristics differentiating a Garena Alt Art from an original.

The difference in value should be staggering between the two because the axe was only a 60pt race reward in their season 3.
