Breaking Some Eggs Quest Bug!!

So I was playing with my brother in a party and I was in town and he went on to do that quest while I was AFK. When I came back the quest was done on his side and I couldn't get the 3 seashell to open the flooded way to go further. I tried to relog and even closed the game, but nothing worked. The map doesn't reset. I don't know what to do please Help me.

That's not a bug. The game is instance based. You make a new instance by holding control when you click to enter the area and selecting new. The instances do expire after a time, so waiting a while works too. Relogging doesn't help though.
