me and a friend found a mirror recipe and we use the stuff in it but we dont get the mirror so idk what to say but is there any or is it just a fake ?

You read it wrong. That's what you get for selling a Mirror to a vendor, not how to make one. There is no Mirror recipe as far as we know.
