I dont understand what gorge running is for and what constitutes the speed run.

" Gorge running is a way to challenge yourself, and also show off the clearspeed of your build. Gorge is usually chosen because it is a good map for leveling on, so faster clears means more exp/hr. Also because it is basically just a straight, so individual variation between runs is less of an issue. Here's a thread where some people tried to write down some rules. inquisitor vaal spark in perandus could get 50 seconds easily without headhunter and can still probably get sub 1 min because gigigi went full retard and buffed instruments of virtue, added 16% attack and cast boots + 150% lightning golem helm, and allowed the build to get a newly buffed augury of penitence too. wtf gigigi?
