What is cast decree of inferno on kill?

I got my glove enchanted with this. Looks like it’s a meteor drops when killing monsters. So how much the damage it deals? My glove was a pretty normal resistance + life one, cost me around 2 chaos. How much can I sell it with this enchantment?

Check your character sheet :) Glove enchants are listed there, alongside your other Skills.
It's not a particularly expensive enchant. Common, not terribly impressive.

I didn't find any mechanical description about this effect. If there are any, can you show me a link? I checked the price for glove having this effect, the cheapest one cost 15 Chaos. The ones with good defensive mods and 4 links priced 20+ chaos. It's definitely a big wealth for for the newbie like I am, whose property is just somewhere around 70 chaos.
Look in this list on your character sheet. It's probably the last in line, odds are you'll have to scroll to see it.
For Glove enchantments, there's four tiers; Word, Edict, Decree, Commandment. Especially for Spell-type Enchants, such as 'of Inferno', there's really no reason to go for a Decree; uberLab guarantees a Commandment, and I'd say Blades is much stronger than Inferno if you're just wanting Spell Damage. A run or two will get you some usable Glove Enchant, and it'll be a Commandment instead of a Decree.
The gloves you're looking at are probably either overpriced, or simply that expensive because of their mods. I can't imagine anyone specifically looking for Decree of Inferno, and willing to pay extra to get it...

Thank you for answering the question, even though doesn't sounds too good for me. I will price it and give it a try anyway.
