Help my Frost Blades, Dual Wield, CI (maybe crit?)

Hello everyone, this is my first post on forums.

I recently hit lvl 64 and got my weapons, but its not strong enough as thought it would be, so I need some help with my passives and gear.
The damage is ok i guess, something like 5k on frost blades and 4,8k on viper strike (if I put viper strike on frost blades slot it goes to 6~7k dps I guess), but my survivability is kinda low, especially if I dont have a lot enemies to hit in my front so I cant leech

I want to use Frost Blades as my AoE skill, and since I have two Esentia Sanguis I thought going CI full ES is better than life...

well your tree looks good, grab 'claws of the pride, might help and vaal pact also might help. try and grab a few more jewel socket nods, try and get more life or go for ci see what happens, try to get better gear might help.

I'm also using viper strike and frost blades in my dual claw setup.
My viper strike when I max my frenzy charges hits for over 20k.
My Frost blades hits for almost 9k.
I'm still messing around with trying get my gear straight and everything dialed in.
