Why doesn't anyone sell Victario's Acuity in the trading website?

It is an Onslaught exclusive, so it cant drop normally. You can get it with divination cards only (You should also be able to get it to drop on Onslaught maps with Zana thing, but I think this season doesn't have it).

Specifically, you can only get it through the Jack in the Box card, at the moment. So... with incredibly low probability, since jack in the box can give you literally any unique except those that are boss-restricted (so, none of atziri's drops), including league-restricted items (also the only source of an uncorrupted Voll's Devotion, this league, since apparently the final implementation of lysah's respite had it be corrupted as well), presumably balanced by actual item rarity like every other random-unique-giving card.
