Does this work with CI? Does it regen 30% of maximum energy shield when paired with Zealoth's Oath or does nothing since your maximum life is 1 with CI. Do you need to go hybrid/low life to benefit out of this node if you have Zealoth's Oath. Zealot's Oath converts Life Regeneration into ES Regeneration.

yes zealoth oath work with it. that being said, even with the timer reduction its not a very good buff due to poe spike damage nature, one can go from full life to dead in 2 seconds, every 5 secs is not reliable making it more of a saving trhow than anything else.
personaly i would change it for something along this lines: regenerate life equal to 6% of missing life + ES it fits the name and is more reliable plus it will be very helpfull for life/ES builds alternative 1% increased effects of buff on you every 160 life missing i find this a better option becouse combined with radiant faith it will open the road for true low life builds. self found league fan http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/324242/page/1 Last edited by caboom#7201 on Jul 7, 2016, 5:44:18 PM

"Time of Need" is a lie. They know it's more "When you Least Need It", but didn't want to come off being negative about it. As to working with CI/ZO... why would you want to regenerate .3 ES every so often... it probably wouldn't even register.

Time of Need was truly worth it for my ES RF build to tank Uber Izaro easily. While I do sometimes take a big hit from him, time of need pretty much brings back my ES to full almost instant. I can just afk. :3
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

" This is exactly the same wording as all other sources of % life regeneration. Zealot's Oath changes "% of maximum life" regeneration to "% of maximum ES" regeneration. Not to "% of maximum life as ES". Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

"Believe me, it does register. Especially when you you are in a situation where you can't start "honest" ES recharge because of many small hits. And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
