Loot filter displaying blank named items

I normally use neversink's loot filter, but occasionally items will drop where the names do not appear, only the background/boarder.
So I redownloaded and it seemed to work for a bit, then suddenly it happened again. So I switched to ziggyD loot filter, and all seemed to be fine, until it started to happen on ziggyd's as well. Has anyone encountered this?? Why is this happening? How can it be fixed? Trust your gut. Last bumped on Jul 7, 2016, 3:13:01 PM

Cant give you solution, but know for sure that you're not the only one experiencing this. A friend of mine is also occasionally having loot filters messing up by themselves.

This has been happening since Prophecy. Either blank names or heiroglyphics. Sometimes, changing the font size helps, other times not, but you could try that.
Edit: If it happens again though, grab a screen shot and a bug report number (type /bug into chat)and post in the bug forums. Happened to me yesterday for the first time. Restarting game helped for me. Has not happened since
