[2.3] Hierophant Decoy Firestorm caster.

Hi!
This is my first build that is made by me without following some pre-made build guide. I play Path of exile the last two years casually seven eight hours per week so my knowledge on the game is still average thus the decision to publish this thread mainly to have some feedback on how can I make this character better. I am not a native English speaker so have patience with my mistakes pls. How it works

Basically I cast two to three Decoy totems luring my enemies on them while I am casting firestorm.
My defenses are: high HP, energy, Mind over matter and dual curse <<some times 2 defensives or 1 defensive on offensive curse, it it depends from the map>>. My damage is based on the power charges (six), the increased critical strike and the critical strike multiplier. Current skill tree. Level: 81 Possibly end game skill tree Bandits

 Right now it works fine with rare maps tier 7-8 but the main problem is that the damage is a bit low. The Flameblast I intended to use it on bosses as a single damage skill but it turns out that is very weak. I am thinking to replace it with the vaal fireblast and to support it further more with the Illuminated devotion from the ascendancy Skill Tree. My question is what can I do to have a higher DPS with out sacrificing my defenses? Thanks for your time and always have great time inside or outside the world of Wraeclast.
