Mouse Sensitivity Question

May not be PoE specific, but my mouse sensitivity is maxed out in Win10, and there doesn't seem to be an in game option to increase further.
And its still quite low it seems. Full movement of my wrist does not take the cursor all the way across the screen. Any ideas? Ways to increase further in windows? Hack the PoE settings? The answer is to uncheck 'remove pointer precision'
