"The Gladiator" divination card drop rate

Could you please reevaluate the drop rate of the 'The Gladiator' card?

To quote the Q&A from Aug 27, 2015:

"
Are you happy with Divination Cards drop rate?[...]

We're pretty happy with the drop rate for most of the cards. We're also discussing increasing the drop rate of some that are slightly too low to encourage farming (as we do want to see more farming for Divination Cards occurring).

I'm currently playing PSC self-found and I'm trying to get a Bringer of Rain by farming 'The Gladiator' card. My character has 60% IIQ and I've been running Grand Arena and Pit/Arena maps (whenever I can get my hands on them) for the last week (about 25-30 hours play time) and I only got 2 cards yet.

I think the rarity made sense when the card first came out, since BoR and Devoto's still had some value at the time. Right now, Bringer is about 1-2c/5c (PSC/PHC) and Devoto's 20c/40c (PSC/PHC) with Standard somewhere in between. So the rarity of the card doesn't really match its value imo.

Another point why the low drop rate doesn't make sense are the areas you can get the card from.

'The Gladiator' drops in the following areas.. :

- Grand Arena (and the zone before that) - T2
- Pit map - T1
- Arena map - T4
- Colosseum - T15 (which is not interesting for getting the card, because by the time you have a T15 map pool, chances are good you won't need it anymore anyway)

.. with no map in between Arena and Colosseum. While Bringer of Rain is a item that can carry you into late-game maps, its not really a viable endgame-setup anymore. Ideally you could farm a Bringer in the early maps and switch to a 6-link chest later. With its current rarity you out-level mid-late-maps by far until you get a full set (which doesn't guarantee to give you your desired item).
This means at some point you are grinding content that doesn't benefit your character development (except for gem xp) at all. So the rarity of the card also doesn't match its use-case.

Of course my points only make sense if you look at divination cards as a way of getting a certain item by grinding, which seems to be their intended use if I understood the Q&A quote correctly. And not as items you find once in a blue moon only to sell them to other people who struggle to complete sets by themselves.

Thanks for the attention!
