[2.3] Vaal Ice Nova Slayer (Insane Clear Speed + AoE)

Hello!
In this thread I'm going to show you the first build I played that made me say: this might actually be comparable to 2.2 Vaal Spark. The build uses Vaal Ice Nova and scales the AoE to insane heights to make it do more damage(since with Vaal Ice Nova, more AoE = more damage).
Pros/Cons
Pros - Clear speed - MF Viable - Pretty easy to get started - Despite being easy to get started: lot's of upgrades available - Did I mention: Clear speed? - HC Viable-ish - Clears multiple screens at once Cons - Survivability not good enough to go > T9/T10 (but who needs to do that nowadays anyway) - Bad density = bad clear - Single Target is meh sometimes

Main: Vaal Ice Nova - Increased AoE - Increased Critical Strikes - Cold Pen - Life Leech - Hypothermia/Added Lighting/Empower/Crit Mult You can drop life leech if you feel comfortable against reflect and don't lag with the boots enchant "life and mana leeched" Single-target/Soulfarm: Vortex - Conc. Effect - Cold Pen. - Increased Crit Strikes Crit over Controlled Destruction because we want to shatter to get extra souls with Chill of Corruption Herald of Ice: Herald of Ice - Curse on Hit - Assassin's Mark - Ice Bite Your charge generation Movement: Whirling Blades - Faster Attacks - Fortify CWDT: CWDT(lvl. 3) - IC(lvl. 1) - Inc. Duration(lvl. 20) Other: Purity of Ice - Herald of Thunder - Clarity Clarity is only really runnable if you have an Enlighten somewhere or a lot of mana, you can disable HoT in low regen maps to run it
Gear
Any slot that's not mentioned here can have any life/resist item in it.
Weapon: Double Divinarius is probably BiS here, on HC you might want to use a shield + Divinarius(I don't though). While low on currency you can use rare spell crit daggers here too. Body Armour: No choice really, Carcass Jack. If you're low on currency use a Tabula, but prioritize getting a Carcass Jack. Helmet: If you can get the ice nova radius enchant, it's godly. Definitely not required though. Amulet: Look for crit mult. Flasks: I went for double life flask, sapphire flask, diamond flask, basalt flask. Jewels: You only NEED a Chill of Corruption. Endgame you want 3 Sacrificial Harvests with that though.

Get the Templar Jewel socket + life last. On softcore you might be able to drop Vaal Pact as reflect doesn't hurt THAT much, but if you get unlucky and get reflect in a gigantic pack or double reflect you might rip.

Leveling
Just take any generic leveling build, don't try to level with this build

<3 this build! But I have a few questions. Does Vaal Pact saves you from elem reflect mods on maps? Is ur build Atziri viable? Is it easy to farm labs with this build? Is this build good at dealing with bosses? Also, can this build done with Inquisitor, or inc AOE is too critical for this build?
