Life Flask Is Undrinkable On Full Life

This Catalysed Eternal of Iron Skin is undrinkable if I'm on full life. I press the key and it makes the sound of drinking but the number of charges doesn't decrease and it has no effect unless I have less than 100% hp. My second Catalysed Eternal flask behaves normally and changing their positions in the belt does nothing. The only way I can consistently get it to work is by using Blood Rage to degen myself.

So... be glad that it doesn't activate because it would've stopped immediately and just lose charges with no effect whatsoever?
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

Drinking it would have literally no effect. I guess that's why they don't let you drink it.
