How can I get the PoE SFX files to use for a song?

Hey I was thinking of making a comical song using the PoE sound files. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on them in a .wav or .mp3 format?

You email support and ask if you could get them, and get their permission to use them in a song, doing it any other way may lead to a ban

Different kettle of fish for the guy in your link, he isn't using game files AND he was in contact from a very early stage with GGG.

If reading information from the game file breaks ToS, what about recording samples? And why is it so hard to make inspired fan music for this game? Do the artists on deviantart have to ask before they can make fanart? This is all very new to me.
