Physical damage vendor recipe not working for me?

Okay yesterday I tried to get a bit of Physical damage on the weapon of my Prophecy character. So in Lioneyes Watch I gave these items to Tarkleigh ...
Bow + rustic sash + blacksmith wetstone All I was offered was a Scroll of wisdom and scroll fragments? At first I thought it might not work on a bow so I tried it on one or two other weapons, ( A two handed sword was one of them. ) but the result was the same? Did GGG take out that recipe ... or did they change it or something? Or am I doing something wrong perhaps? Last bumped on Jun 14, 2016, 9:59:40 AM

Is it a Magic or Rare sash? Magic belts get you 40-49% IPD, Rares 50-69%.

" I used this one ... I have not found Magic or Rare ones yet. Does that mean that a normal Rustic sash can no longer be used for this vendor recipe. I seem to remember that previously they could, just at the lowest quality of Phys Damage. ( Or does my memory fail me in this, always possible. :) ) |

Whites don't work anymore, no. The recipe was changed a while ago, but I'm not sure when.
