[2.3] Elementalist Elemental Kinetic Blast

I played deadeye elemental wander and it was a lot of fun. However fun it may be, I didn't really want to play the same build this league.
After testing some other builds I wanted to try for a long time, I came up with Witch variation of my deadeye elemental wander. Currently I am level 65 and here's my gear:
