IP ban for no reason

Help please why the hell do I suddently get a ban? I played this game for 4 years now and not once I have done something unhonest. At least I'd like to know why did I get this ban and if it can be reversed. I've sent emails to support but no reply,so I just sit around here waiting to see if I'll be able to play this game again,and if not at least I'd like to know the reason for it. Come on GGG give me back my account.

Support is pretty busy right now with the release, so normal emails are taking a bit longer than usual.
In addition to that, ban issues have to go to the investigations team which can take a while longer depending on their workload. They should hopefully be able to get to it soon. Keep in mind that because of the nature of IP bans, it could be that you were an accidental casualty due to someone being an asshole.
