What's Your Favorite PoE Character Class?

Imo you should do two separate polls for SC and HC. My favourites are HC marauder and SC shadow but I can't vote in your straw poll like that, which is a shame. Straw polls are life.

Shadow. crit king. easy access to life at start. Vaal pact (best keystone in the game) right there. Can play all witch builds almost. Best DPS caster, best DPS melee, best trapper. Plus I like his comments.

Witch. Like the accent, sometime she makes fun of things.

*sniff *sniff, I know that stench, just like my sister, upon the pyre...

I also prefer to use the witch, but I haven't really experimented much with others since I'm terrible with melee weapons and whatnot. I've never tried the shadow though, so I might give that one a shot since I've been noticing a lot of people lately using that one.

Had to vote for Shadow. He is my most played character.

Playing a witch this league for the first time since closed beta, and it's pretty fun as well. :)

I love scion, but since they riped her in 2.3 I cant vote for her...

Almost every build I've made or planned for the past 2 patches has been:

Start as Ranger, go up to Witch
or
Start as Marauder, go toward Acrobatics

I'm not sure why, they've all been really different builds! But I voted Ranger because I love flasks ^0^

Shadow. Because the cast speed he can achieve (tree + trickster) scales the Power of all spells, altough certainly not goodly like spell damage in various cases. And so, paired with a tabula, makes you able to run a "staminal cell mage", that instead of specializing in the cast of ONE spell at "100k" dps, can cast ALL spells at "40k" dps. Hooray variety
