kiara's determination flask <- undertale?

if you have checked out http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Kiara%27s_Determination resently you are probably thinking the same as me... that is... if you know about undertale the name kiara reminds of chara since it is pronounced similarly. in addition to this the second part says determination which also a key part in the game undertale, what are your thoughts? was it originally inspired by undertale or something else.

As someone completely obsessed with Undertale, believe me, every time I hear the word determination I think of it. But Toby uses that word as a pun; if this flask were based on that it would be a survivability flask, not a DPS flask. Something you'd use on the brink of death to de-terminate yourself. Even though the flask's design was started a couple months after the release of undertale, I don't think it was based on it at all. Though catching Kiara ~= Chara is kind of cute.
