The Feral Lord V not completing

Fully cleared the zone, including the rhoa. Still shows in quest tracker. Navali still shows "The Feral Lord IV" in her talk options.

I had a client crash during the map before I encountered the Rhoa, if that might be related.

Same as above, full cleared the map, the Rhoa is lying right beside me but the prophecy didn't complete.

There was no crash however.

In my case rhoa is dead, quest still enabled but it desapeared from the prophecy tab.

PS: No crash

Same issue as the latter two. took a screen shot but there is obviously a problem. no longer have the prophecy.

I havent got credit from 3 different prophecy chains including this one. Got three different pale council fragments but my prophecy chain is still at 0/4.
