Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Shavronne's Journal in The Upper Prison? - Forum

I have the prophecy: "Thaumaturgical History I You will read Shavronne's Journal in The Upper Prison." I have cleared the second instance of the Upper prison now - the prophecy is displayed on the right if I am in the upper prison. But nothing happens. What can I do to fulfil it? Shavronne's Journal is next to where Piety stands when you first encounter her on the way to Brutus. It's not in the main area of the Upper Prison.
