Which build 'd I take for duelist in 2.3? Max easy cheap and dps

I tried cyclone in 2.2 but I also saw flicker - I like it. Is it good for clearing maps?

Cyclone is not very gear-dependent in my opinion.

A good way for leveling is sunder and after gravicius, earthquake or cyclone (thief's torment). if you plan aoe attack, earthquake and cyclone builds are pretty similar, now about flicker... can't speak much.
