Out of boredom for the next 7 hours until the leagues starts I'm trying to come up with a niche build and I need your input.

The idea behind this build is to maximize the potential of the rarely used Illuminated Devotion:

Helm: 20% Elemental Penetration
Gloves: 20$ Increased AoE
Boots: 2% Damage Leeched as Life

The only three active skills that I thought of that have enough synergy and can benefit from all of this are Righteous Fire - Frost Bolt - Ice Nova

Helmet: (Elem Pen.)-Ice Nova-AoE/Conc.-Echo-Faster Casting
Gloves: (20% AoE) - RF - IBD - AoE - Conc
Boots: (2% Leech) - FB - GMP - CoH - Ele Weakness

Ice Nova and FB are swappable, you could put that leech on Ice Nova and use with Ghost Reaver to improve defenses.

This build will require high Energy Shield and either a Solaris Lorica or the better and more expensive Shavs.

Defenses: 4-5 End Charges, 40% MoM, High Energy Shield with high regen and life leech
Damage: Pain Attunement, RF, High Spell Crit, Auras
