Is shade form bugged ?

Im sure this has been answered elsewhere but ill be damned if I can find it anywhere...

After taking Shade Form (Trickster ascendancy) I hit Blood Rage (to deplete my ES) while checking my defense tab and... nothing changed. I expected to see my evasion chance jump up a bit but nothing happened. Is this a display error or am I doing something wrong or is the notable bugged?

Probably just a bug with the tooltip not taking shade form in to account. Actual chance to evade is based on the enemy's accuracy as well, so the tooltip value is just a guess.

Yeah I get the evade mechanic. I just figured a 20% MORE multiplier would change something in my defense tab.
