Cannot roll caster mods

Works the Mod "Cannot roll caster mods" the same a "Prefix cannot be changed"

If i Scour a Item with the Mod "Prefix cannot be changed" all Sufix are gone

Now my Question:

If a SCOUR a Item with the Mod "Cannot roll caster mods" all other Mods are gone ??

No, "cannot roll caster mods" will not protect mods from scouring. It prevents caster mods from being rolled when you reroll the item with alteration or chaos or add new mods with augmentation, regal or exalted.
