Im planning to buy the whole set but i have a question. Does the vaal regalia come with item lvl 84 or higher or is it random item level? Thanks! I want to use it for crafting purposes ;P

My understanding is that it's either set by the card (and noted on the card) or it's set by the level of the character turning in the card.

Max ilvl is 80 (if you use a lvl 80 char)

So getting an iLvl of 84 6L vaal reglaia from the ethereal is impossible right?
