Chamber of Sins 1 - No staircase to level 2

Found the staircase that should've lead to level 2, but there is nothing to click. I actually exited and made a new chamber of sins instance, but it still has no entrance again. Report number and screenshot refers to the second time of having no level 2 entrance.

Try exploring the entire area. That doesn't look like the stairway down.

There are three stair locations in Chamber of Sins 1. Only one of them will have stairs downwards every time you make a new instance though.
