how do i know if an item is craftable on poe.trade ?

hi there,

i am looking for a belt, but i want to add a "increased trap/mine damage" suffix to it.

how do i know, looking at items in poe.trade, if i will be able to craft this mod to it after buying it ?

You will have to learn which mods are prefixes and which are suffixes. A rare item can have three of each so if there are only two you can still add one with a mastercraft.

You will see that the mod you want to add is a suffix (which can only be mastercrafted). So look for belts which only have two suffixes (all the mods on the right side of the page I linked).
