Power Charge?

My question is, How do you activate Power charges? I know Frenzy is a skill gem that activates the frenzy charges,Not sure about Endurance yet.I'm a LVL 53 witch and I still haven't been able to find any way to activate these charges.I even spent the skill points on them in the tree with no avail......Help....

There are two passive skills which grant power charges, one when you get a melee crit, and one when a minion dies (if I recall correctly).

Would that give you two power charges per crit if you had the armor and the passive?

So what your telling me is to activate power charges, I have to dump my caster witch and become a melee witch,and there is no skill gem like the other 2(Frenzy, and Endurance) in order to activate power charges.
WHY? Sounds kinda dumb to me..........and so far I can't find any passive skill that activates power charges upon death of minion. There is a passive skill that explodes minion upon death, but that's about it. |

"No, he's telling you that you have to get voll's armour like I did. The skills which add power charges aren't in the game yet. Also the passive to grant charges on minion death is to the east and slightly north of the witch start point in a small cluster of three power charge passives. Charges are in a very placeholder state for the time being. There are many changes and improvements planned for them in the coming months including more skills that grant and use them.
