My Kinetic Blast damage sucks

In guides I've been looking at in the last few weeks, including videos from Youtube, people tend to have 30k-35k Kinetic Blast damage in their hideout with meh gear.
My gear (wand included) is nowhere near godly, but is better than the one in the guides I've been looking at, yet my damage is less than half of theirs. My tree has been extremely similar to theirs.

Only a 5L, but again, guides/videos I've been looking at are rocking a 5L too.

Flat added damage on gear can improve your dps quite a bit. You have a bit on one ring, but can get more if you want.

Also your wand has decent crit chance, but no increased attack speed, so you benefit less from added damage (eg: from wrath or heralds).

Also you seem to be focusing on ele damage, but have a phys wand. Hybrid damage is fine but your support gem WED won't be boosting the whole attack.

Also note that 13k dps on Kinetic blast is perfectly fine for clearing white packs and even magic ones.

Your wand is actually pretty damn good.

First thing drop the PCoC

Use a curse on hit setup of Herald of Ice and Assassin's Mark. If you go dual curse, you can link in poachers mark for frenzy and more hit chance.

For the PCoC replacement either Added Lightning or Increased Critical Damage. I am at 95% crit cap and multiplier is better for me.
