does temporal chain and hindered stack?

I have found sceptre that slow down enemies, does it stack with temporal chains curse?

They are different slow multipliers.
if temporal chains has 40% slowing effect, hinder 30% (probably 30%) and mob has 120% movement speed (random 20% extra speed from haste or what ever else), then: move_speed=(100%-40%)*(120%-30%) chill also is a separate multiplier. |
