Bone offering, Necromancer

does mistress of sacrifice also recover life of the necromancer? Or not because it is not a minion?

The necromancer gains the full benefit of the Offering. Part of the offering is the Life on Block. The Necromancer recovers Life on Block when Bone Offering is active. I've tested it extensively and it out-sustains Aegis Aurora by a long shot when you build for a Life pool.

And over what time is the recovery applied? Is it instant?
