Blasphemy + Flammability

Does this work? I can't get Flammability to ever cast linked to Blasphemy. Warlord's Mark in the red slot with (or without) Flammability removed works just fine, but Flammability doesn't... any ideas?

You cast it like you would any other Reservation Skill. Put in on your skillbar and press the button.

Ah, my bad. Had a stray Flammability socketed elsewhere, was trying to cast that instead. =/ Thx.
