Two handed weapon or dual wielding for earthquake?

I'm wondering what weapon should I use for my earthquake build. I found that Etup has two characters playing earthquake. One is using two handed weapon another is using dual wielding.

I don't know the pros and cons of them and which one is more suitable to me.

Generally speaking, you want a SLOW & HARD HITTING weapon for Earthquake. Two-handers tend to have slower attack speed, and much higher damage, than one-handers. Dual-wielding bonus for 10% more attack speed isnt exactly what you need for Earthquake, too.
So, two-handers are better suited for Earthquake. You can use it with one-handers or dual-wielding too, with crit or without (because skill is actually OP), but Earthquake shows its best results wth slow, hard hitiing (usually 2-handed) weapons.
