Trap cooldown

Just a quick guestion about that if i get 70% trap cooldown recovery from tree and use the trap cooldown gem for other 49% would that make the cooldown 0 or how is it calculated?

Trying to figure our a way to make a "granadier" build with instantly exploding traps with instant cooldowns.

"Increased Cooldown Recovery Speed" works similarly to "Faster start of ES Recharge" for ES users.

No amount of increasing will ever get the cooldown to 0.

The equation is:
`Final = Base cooldown / (1 + increased cooldown recovery speed)`

To get Final to 0, you would need an infinite amount of "increased cooldown recovery speed".

In your case, with 30% on the tree and 40% from saboteur, you're getting (1/1.7)=58% of the original cooldown.

With a gem for another 49%, that brings you to (1/2.19)=45% of the original cooldown.
so 1,85second cooldown for my trap im planning, seems rather pointless to use the gem then.

id rather use other support gem then and try to make do with it.
