[2.2] Chaos VMS Conflux - insane clear speed (WIP)

What is this build?
This build combines some of the "strongest" (e.g. OP) skills, items, and mechanics to create one of the fastest clear speed builds ever to exist in PoE. AND kills nearly all bosses in seconds.

OP Mechanics

• Vaal Molten Shell + Scold's Bridle
• Elemental Conflux (all damage causes chill, shock, ignite)
• Whirling Blades + as much attack speed as you can find
• Permanent Fortify because Whirling Blades ;)
• 100% Chaos damage (immune to reflect)
• Blasphemy + Warlord's Mark (life & mana leech + always at max endurance charges)
• Nearly permanent Immortal Call while clearing (from Warlord's Mark endurance charges)
• Lightning Coil phys -> lightning dmg conversion (to reduce risk of 1 shots)
• Blood Rage (always at max frenzy charges)
• Elemental Overload (40% more elemental damage)
• Beacon of Ruin (free elemental prolif - no "less" damage modifier)
• Blasphemy + Enfeeble

Elemental Conflux
This is crazy. All damage from hits causes chill, shock, and ignite. With the Shaper of Desolation Ascendancy node + our clear speed, this buff is up 100% while clearing.

Chill: enemies move, attack, and cast 30% slower
Shock: enemies take 50% increased damage from all sources
Ignite: enemies take 80% of the original hit as fire damage over 4 seconds

The ignite is applied based on the base hit, which in this build is a large chaos hit. With the increased damage from shock, a VMS chaos hit that does ~40% of an enemy's life will burn it to death.
