Act 4 erased - need to start it all over again?

Hey everyone,

Was just curious if this is something that happened to everyone in Standard.
Was Act 4 erased to everyone?
Somehow it shows as if I didn't finish Act 4 in Normal (only 2 quests), although it makes no sense, as I would obviously not be able to continue to Cruel/Merciless without finishing Act 4 in Normal/Cruel first.

You're looking at a character that got to merciless before act 4 was part of the game.

Nope, it was afterwards, for sure.
You can also see that 2 quests have been completed, as if it was rolled to that point.
If it was a character which got to Merciless before Act 4 was part of the game, I would have seen the end of act 3 in all of the difficulties, and not a few quests completed in act 4.

I know it's been said already but I really think this is the case.

If I remember correctly, if you were in Merciless there was no need to complete the entirety of act 4 in Normal and Cruel. Sounds to me like it's a pre-a4 Merciless character that you've just completed the skill point quest on in each difficulty. I believe I did that on a lot of my Standard characters when act 4 launched as well.

Yeah, those two quests are required for the skill point that you get from act 4. You usually have only those completed on a character that got to merc before act 4 was added, just so you could get that free skill point. Rest of act4 is plain pointless to run again after all.

I may have created it pre-act 4 and only completed the quest for the skill point.

I remember I have created this build after act 4 was created (for sure), but I assume the character itself was created much before that.

What does that mean, I have a character aswell which is lv 71, but was done before act 4 release. Do I need to keep go from act 3?

Just rekill Dominus and refinish the Normal and Cruel areas... not much to go back there really except for the Deshret Quests.

Pretty sure mark is right, i have several old characters that have quest maps that look like this, what you have done is start the act on a character that already completed the game on merciless before act 4 was added and then got the passive points in normal and cruel then didn't bother with the rest of the act
