[2.2] Poison Nova Mine // Whole-screen 10M+ dps 7k eHP

I totally forgot about wither. now the dps went up to 13M with 20 stacks of wither.

Intro
Sorry for my bad English.

I love nova build. it fun to play, you need to position your explosion at the right place and evade enemy attack/spell. but they always lack DPS.
So i think of a way to improve the DPS.
Fire Nova Mine have good DPS for nova skill and it is 'mine' so it is great for double-dipping dps but it has low ignite efficiency due to it being multiple nova.
so i use poison instead.

Pro
+ high eHP (~7k)
+ high regen
+ high dps (2m with conc eff) can 1 shot(laying) mid-tier map boss.
+ fast clear speed. need 0.3sec interaction per screen of mob.
+ can carry 6 man party
+ ~100% move speed, very fast paced gameplay.
+ flasks can be dips twice as often (4-5 times per flask)...
+ ... so permanent utility flask up-time. and boss can be killed within 1-2 flask dips.
+ can run any map mods.

Con
- can't reserve mana due to MoM.
- fast play style require manual dodging, good reflexes, and high awareness. not recommend for beginner.
- require unique items.
- low tooltip avg damage due to nature of Fire nova mine.

Can it still work after the consuming dark nerf? is it op even with 60% conservation from the 2 consuming?
