Intel Celeron G465 (S5-1540 Slimline) graphics question

Sorry for having to repost. I am still getting used to the computers thing:

I have a Intel Celeron G465 for my little guy. He wants to play POE on it. From the factory settings it can barely handle just solo play. When chests are open, it heavily lags. The POE settings are already bare minimum.

Is there a video card that will work with this computer? From what I have seen, it's a pathetic 1.9 Ghz (Celeron G465), 8 Gb 1033 RAM

MoBo specs seem to be:

Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua)
Figure : Motherboard top view
Image of motherboard

Manufacturer: Foxconn
Form factor: uATX - 24.4 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.4 cm (9.6 inches)
Chipset: Intel H61
Memory sockets: 2 x DDR3
Front side bus speeds: 5 GT/s
Processor socket: LGA 1155
Expansion Slots:
1 PCI Express x16 (Gen2.0)
3 PCI Express x1 (Gen2.0)
1 PCI Express Mini Card x1
.......................

I don't know what that means in that if I were to get a video card, would POE be any better with the default hardware? What's the best card (can't seem to find how to look that up) for graphics?

The upgrade is going to be expensive, and likely not worth the money. All due to the chassis size.

- Best CPU you can install there is the Core i7-3770K, but this is a 95W CPU. The Celeron G465 is a 35W CPU. You will likely need a better CPU cooler, one that fits.
- SilverStone Argon AR06 is an example of a low profile cpu cooler that can dissipate up to 95W.
- You will likely need a low profile graphic card to fit in your chassis. Galaxy GeForce GTX750 Ti GC Slim 2GB is the best I can find that fits the requirements.
- Lastly, you will also need a better power supply. I had a hard time finding a compatible power supply for your chassis, I found that you have a 220W. There is the HP 633193-001, a 270W offer from HP, but still, that's quite pushing it.
