Currently a work in progress.
The goal is to maximize crit chance or have the hardest possible hit every time. Also, so far, I'm trying to get away with not using a shield. But, if you think of shields as the capes of Wraeclast (Kappa), then there are some that would work well.
Ascendancy
I like Assassin for this build, because it gives ALOT more crit. You'll pick up Unstable Infusion first. After cruel Labyrinth, you'll want to respec into Ambush -> Assassinate. After merciless Labyrinth, I would pick up Unstable Infusion again.
I think right now that the Ambush and Assassinate nodes are preferred for the build, but Deadly Infusion is amazing and I will look into using power charges eventually. Power Charge On Critical or Assassin's Mark Aura could work well.

These are some unique shields that have synergy with the build. Rare shields, however, can provide far superior vanilla defenses than the unique shields I've picked out.  -MASSIVE increase in damage -Some life -A little evasion.  -High evasion -Good life -Life leech.  -High evasion -Good resists -Decreased curse duration on you -Curse reflect is very powerful.  -High resists -Interesting potential with grace or the purity auras to bolster defenses. -Interesting potential with blasphemy and curses.
