Unique Vendor Recipe - Has anyone tried this?

Just curious, but I was discussing with a friend of mine about the vendor recipes and he mentioned the one where you vendor an unidentified rare for each slot for chaos orbs...
...but has anyone tried doing the same for uniques? What would happen if you attempt to vendor a set of uniques that are unidentified? Last bumped on Mar 18, 2016, 1:21:37 PM

And why should they be unid? especially if we are talking about uniques where all the difference between id/unid is stat rolls, because we know what this unique is anyway?
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
