2.2 Blade Vortex Hardcore WIP BUDGET.

So this a work in progress. After ripping with my earthquake i decide i want to try blade vortex. There was no build around that would work on a budget,so i start out on my own and end
up with this.


Passive Tree - Bandit - Oak-kill-kill (can pick inc dmg,cast speed or any of the charge)

Use 2 blade vortex in order to curse on hit ( warlord mark and poachers mark )
frenzy and end charge. We take assasin for the 10% chance to get pcharge.Vortex hit 2x per second. per blade,basically we full charge 100% uptime. Poachers mark give us more flask charge gained which will allow us to use vinktar Vessels flask once we can afford one (instant leech+more dmg+shock)

Offense currently about 6k town dps. 9k dps on map. But thats per blade...can easily get 10-15 blade and whirl blade thrue everything.
