Means to avoid the blur when moving

I already asked in another thread, but that thread was 3 years old, so I figured I'd better start a new one as I don't play a Necromancer.

AFAICT from reading stuff, the blur I am getting when moving (particularly when moving sideways and not so much when moving up/down) is due to my 60Hz monitor. Especially the text is giving me a headache with it's shaky blurriness.

Now, there is a lot of talk about these modern G-sync things (which my 750ti graphics card supports), but they are expensive as ... something expensive. So I was wondering if they really are necessary for a game like this?
Could a cheaper model do and completely+totally remove all blur in this game?

And even if a cheaper model would be fine, should I get a G-Sync anyway to make myself future-proof?

And is there a way to remove the blur on a 60Hz monitor (some secret trick I don't know about), so I don't have to buy a new one just for this game?

Do you have vsync enabled in the options menu? My friend experienced nausia due to flickering and movement problems when running with vsync off on a 60Hz monitor.

EDIT - I should note, that I don't game on a 60Hz monitor, and I don't experience this problem myself, so I'm going by things others have tried.

Have you removed Asus ROG/GameFirst yet?

This is what I did that seemed to fix it: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1096319

@MaxTheLimit: Done both Vsync on and off. Unfortunately did nothing.

@mark1030: There are a few pieces of advice here. Which one did you follow?
EDIT: Nvm: I tried the control panel one, and the option to "Set Custom Text Size (DPI)" wasn't there. Similarly I did not have the option "Disable Desktop Composition" under compatibility. I am on windows 10 so some of that has likely changed in the newer OS.
Also, I should add, that I have no problems with FPS. FPS is fine. The problem is only in a blurred screen that is slightly shaky when moving (and especially text becomes harder to read, while it is very straining for the eyes to look at the game for longer periods).

Thanks for the attempted help though :)

I can also add that my monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster LR22WS.

Fps wasn't my problem either. It was the text got jumpy as I moved. I don't know if windows 10 has the search box like previous windows but i would try searching for dpi and see if you can find a setting. If it's there but it a different place it might still help you.

Ghosting/blur is more a product of poor response time, not refresh rate.

So you are saying that my 4ms response it too slow, I should go for a 1ms response?
And do you then feel that G-sync is irrelevant and I should just get any monitor with a 1ms response?
Also, according to http://www.blurbusters.com, refresh rate is also a culprit when it comes to ghosting and blur.

My game was choppy running in windowed full screen too. I fixed it by unchecking the "Use Windows XP Style DPI Scaling" box that I found here: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Display > Set Custom Text Size (DPI).

I did find a check box, but it was checked, and it was only a check box for if you wanted your text on desktop to be bold
there was also a check box for engaging ClearType, but it did nothing to uncheck it.
I have noticed that it is only the text from things 'on ground' like people or items that gets blurry when moving.
Text like map text in top right corner, and even the overlay map itself to some degree not become blurry.

This shows me that it must be a problem within the game and not a problem with my monitor.
Is it something that can be fixed somehow?
I am actually considering filing a bug report ...
