Traps and Mines + Critical Spells

Does Critical Strike chance for Spells effect my traps and mines? For example, is it worth getting the Annihilation passive?

Critical strike for spells works with traps / mines that are spells.

Additive or Multiplicative?

it is the same as you would have casted the spell. As usual, all "increased" modifiers from all sources stack into one multiplier
