trypanon and resolute technique, what happens?

If you combine trypanon (All Attacks with this Weapon are Critical Strikes) and resolute technique (Never deal Critical Strikes), what happens? Crit or no crit?

And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

You won't crit with RT no matter what, 'never crit' has a higher priority than 'always crit'.
