Chaos resist vs immunity to poison

Does immunity to poison include all chaos damage?

I believe all poison is chaos, but not all chaos is poison.
We fight to delay the end because it's the means that matter.

Chaos resist would give you resistance to the poison damage. However, it WILL NOT give your resistance to other effects of poison such as the slow from poison darts in the Lab. The Immunity + REMOVAL of poison is very useful there. If you struggle with getting hit by those, you might want to swap one of those flasks in while doing a lab run.
